Customer Success Engineer

Job Title

Customer Success Engineer

About Us

Flagsmith is an open-source feature flag and remote configuration tool. Flagsmith was built by developers who needed an open-source tool and couldn’t find one on GitHub. We’re a bootstrapped company that believes strongly in building a great product and making it easy for people to deploy and use the product. We’ve grown 50-100% over the last few years on our bootstrapping path, and the company remains profitable and ready to grow more in 2025.

Flagsmith offers an open-source product. We also offer hosted cloud, private cloud, and on-premise deployment options. This means that people can host the product however suits them. We focus on building a great product, making it widely accessible, and bootstrapping so that we can build consciously and without a predetermined path ahead of us.

We are growing our customer success team and hiring another Customer Success Engineer. Think of the role as a mix of a Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager, and a Technical Account Manager. The important thing is that we need someone with technical experience within the release management space - experience with any of the following python, docker, kubernetes, deployment best practices, etc.

We are a 100% remote team, currently based in Europe, India, South Korea and both North and South America. We are looking for someone based in the European time zone.

You can send your cv/resume to jobs@flagsmith.com. (No recruiters please.)
